Our Mission

To accomplish intellectual and psychological development through books, to expand information and knowledge while developing  rationality and emotional co-ordinating power, create  a value based human being.

Goal and Objectives

  • Insist for quality library services to all stake holders.
  • To promote reading habits among students.
  • To Support the academic programmes of the College through providing & maintaining unique library needs to the stakeholders.
  • Collection of books needed for competitive examination, personality development and other areas of knowledge.

Library Rules

  • Books will be issued on borrow cards. ( पुस्तके लायब्ररी कार्ड वर दिली जातील .)
  • Maximum two books will issued (एका कार्ड वर दोन पुस्तके दिली जातील.)
  • Books can be used for seven days.(पुस्तके सात दिवसांकरिता वापरता येतील .)
  • Return books well in time and avoid delay Charges (पुस्तके वेळेवर जमा करून दंड टाळा.)
  • Reference books & periodicals are available only in library. (संदर्भ पुस्तके व नियतकालिके  ही ग्रंथालायातच  वापरासाठी दिली जातील.)
  • Return all the books within week after completion of examination (सर्व पुस्तके परीक्षा झाल्यानंतर एका आठवड्यात परत करावी .)
  • Follow rules and regulation of the Library (ग्रंथालयाचे सर्व नियम पाळावेत.)
  • Please Keep Silence (शांतता पाळा.)

The N-LIST project provides access to e-resources to students, researchers and faculty from colleges and other beneficiary institutions through server(s) installed at the INFLIBNET Centre. The authorized users from our college can now access e-resources and download articles required by them directly from the publisher’s website once they are duly authenticated as authorized users through servers deployed at the INFLIBNET Centre. Best Practices of Library

Best Practicesof Library Best Reader Competition :Objective : To increase reading habits & motivate students for reading more books.The Practice : Guidance by faculty about overall  reading culture. Competition is organized every year & the toper is awarded as best reader with prize  & certificate.

Book Exhibition :

Objective : To Create  awareness among the Students & Faculty on the latest books available in the library .

The Practice : Books exhibition is organized on occasion of Independence day .Book publishers & Distributors are also invited to organized exhibition in the college.

Impact  : It helps to students & faculty to know the recent editions for purchase of books  & collection development .

Students Orientation:Objective : The goal is  to spread the information about library services to students.

The Practice : The library advisory committee organizes orientation programmes  for new comers , to give the about the rules Regulation and services in the library .

Impact   : Students get detailed information about the library   facilities.

Merit Card :Objective : To Promote Students’ Academic excellence .

The Practice : The library Provides Merit Cards to meritorious students from each class of all faculty, every year . Student get Two extra  books on this card.

Impact : Due to above service students are motivated and its encourages competition amongst the students.

Impact : Students get motivated & read more number of books.  It helps to update knowledge & to improve writing skills
